diva-e has become a renowned name for end-to-end Digital Experience solutions in the DACH-market, with more than 800 digital experts and a turnover of nearly 100 million in 2023. The company has a strong coverage of leading CX technologies (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, Spryker, Scayle and Pimcore). The client base consists of many blue-chip enterprise companies such as ALDI SÜD, Allianz, Bentley, E.ON, ZF Friedrichshafen and FC Bayern München.

Conclusion is determined to be a strategic European partner for enterprises, local heroes and public institutions across borders, in response to growing demand from the installed customer base. The establishment of an equally strong ecosystem in Germany as in the Netherlands, is an important next step towards reaching that goal.

Subject to customary closing conditions and attainment of regulatory clearances, the acquisition is expected to close in Q2 of 2024.
